Three payments, all via Stripe. No checks, no chasing invoices.
1. Deposit (50% of setup) when you submit the intake form. Starter $250, Growth $400, Pro $600 (adjusted up if you add features). Work starts the moment it clears.
2. Setup balance + first month at launch. When your preview is approved and ready to go live, we send a final Stripe link covering the remaining 50% plus your first monthly fee.
3. Monthly hosting after launch. Auto-billed via Stripe subscription. 3-month minimum commitment, then month-to-month with 30 days notice.
We guarantee a working preview within 5 business days of your deposit clearing, or your deposit is refunded in full.
Once your deposit clears, we start building immediately. Most sites are previewed within 2-5 business days. We send you a preview link to review, make any adjustments, send the link for the remaining 50% + first month, then launch. The whole process typically takes 3-5 days from deposit to live.
Hosting, security updates, plugin/software updates, and minor content changes (updating your phone number, adding a service, changing your hours). It also keeps your site fast and secure. Think of it like rent for a storefront: a small ongoing cost to keep the lights on.
After the initial 3-month commitment, it's month-to-month with 30 days notice. We don't lock you into a 12-month contract like most agencies do. We keep clients because their site delivers results, not because they're trapped.
We manage and host your site on your behalf as part of the monthly service. As long as the site is active, we keep it live, maintained, and updated.
Every site we build is structured for SEO from the start: proper page titles, meta descriptions, and content focused on what you do and who you serve, whether locally, nationally, or worldwide depending on your reach. Most clients start seeing organic traffic within 60-90 days. SEO takes time, but we build the foundation correctly so you're not starting at zero.
