By accessing bravoya.com or engaging Bravoya LLC for services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Bravoya LLC provides website design and digital presence services for local businesses. Service terms, pricing, and deliverables are outlined in a separate service agreement at the time of engagement.

Payment

Setup fees are non-refundable and due before work begins. Monthly retainers are billed automatically and subject to a minimum 3-month commitment.

Ownership

Bravoya LLC retains ownership of all websites, domains, and hosting accounts managed on behalf of clients unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Bravoya LLC is not liable for lost revenue, missed calls, or ranking changes beyond our direct control. No specific ranking position or lead volume is guaranteed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina.
